to us if it is more convenient. Shipping instructions can be found

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
If you plan to ship your laptop to us for repair, we recommend the
following procedure:
- Cover the laptop in bubble wrap or soft foam.
- Place the laptop in a box small enough to prevent it from
shifting around during shipping.
- Place a note inside the box detailing the problem/s you are
having with the laptop (keyboard, motherboard, LCD, etc.).
Include your name, address and phone number.
- Seal the box with heavy-duty packing tape.
- Mark the outside of the box "Fragile!" in bright
red ink.
- Ship the package to:
